Thank you for choosing VA LED Headlights! We are dedicated to providing you with a seamless shopping experience, including prompt and reliable shipping. Please review our shipping policy outlined below:

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 1:00pm will be processed the next business day. Orders placed over weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. 

2. Shipping Rates

  • Standard shipping is offered at a flat rate of $8.00 or free for orders over $50.00.

3. Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping generally takes 1 to 3 business days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

4. Shipping Carriers

  • We use USPS for all shipping. Please check their website for additional tracking information.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment on USPS’s website.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to United States and Puerto Rico. If your location is not listed, please contact us at va.led.headlights@gmail.com to discuss shipping options.

7. Shipping Issues

If you experience any issues with your shipment, such as delays or damaged items, please contact us at va.led.headlights@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Shipping Address Accuracy

  •  Customers are fully responsible for providing the correct shipping information when placing an order.
  • Please make sure to include your full name, accurate street address, city, state, and ZIP code.
  • VA LED Headlights is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
  • If you realize there is a mistake in your shipping details, please email us immediately at va.led.headlights@gmail.com. We will do our best to make changes before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee adjustments after the order has been submitted.

9. International Shipping

  • For international orders, please be aware of any customs duties or taxes that may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs.
